    1. Thank you Anne – I think my love for him shows through that one! He was such a dear sweet animal! He looks like a puppy there, but in reality, he was 8 years old when I took that photo. Thank you for your kind comments.

  1. Hi Judy, Your painting of the Portland Lighthouse is haunting to me. I really love it. Looks like a storm is coming in your photo. Good job!

    1. Thank you Bonnie, that’s what I was thinking too, or it could be the flip side, like the storm has been there and is now on it’s way out. Wouldn’t that be wonderful – if it’s an allegory of what’s happening in our country right now?!!!

  2. Beautiful Judy. It would be hard to pick a favorite. Your new hummingbird one is awesome! Also the lighthouse. Also, the ones of Charlie, all of them are awesome and so realistic. I am so glad you got back into painting, you are truly in your own element. Love you my friend

  3. Wow these are wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing. You have inspired me to try to paint Casper our Maltese and some landscapes and more flowers and birds. Also, I need to develop a website for my paintings and poetry. So, again you inspire me. I have worked with fiber quilts, earth quilts, pubic art and Ikebana. That is what my current website holds.

  4. I love your paintings. I started painting last May so I am a beginner. I like the variety in your work – landscape and up close-realistic. Your raccoons really make me smile. Thank you for sharing your work.
